Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive the Damage, incorrect and broken item. We will arrange for an exchange delivery. However the claim must be filed within 24 hours of delivery

Video Proof is mandatory to clearly demonstrate or explain the fault with the item. Verbal claims alone will not be accepted.
